The following terms apply when you deal with pornhotel.dk

1. Registration
1.1 When making the first order, the customer must, (so that pornhotel.dk can be able to meet its obligations to the Agreement), a) register in pornhotel.dk customer record by giving up e-mail, codename,  b) choose to register the password, and c) consent to pornhotel.dk processes the data by registering them in its customer records.
1.2 By ordering the then-current sale terms must be reviewed and accepted.
1.3 The Customer must treat its password with extreme caution and not disclose it to anyone other than those which have been authorized by the customer.
1.4 Pornhotel.dk commits not to disclose personal information to others or in different extent than what is allowed by law. Pornhotel.dk is allowed to use the information in its own marketing if the customer permits it.

2. Prices
2.1 Existing product price is the one on the day of booking that are set out in Pornhotel.dk pricelist in this stream site, or services offered.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 There may be in the site paid with credit card and international debit cards such as VISA and premium rate mobile phone.

4. Ordering
4.1 Orders for different products may be in the same order.
4.2 It is assumed that all communications between parties is done via email. Here, in addition, communications may be other ways for those in sections 6.1 and 8.3, specified circumstances. The Customer accepts to monitor its e-mail after the order, because all contact with Pornhotel.dk is via email.
4.3 Binding purchase agreement only arises when Pornhotel.dk via e-mail confirmation order.

5. Delivery
5.1 Normal delivery of the products offered are made services within an hour.
5.2 If delivery time is calculated to be longer than specified will Pornhotel.dk if possible inform the customer about this via email. The customer then has the right to cancel his order.
5.3 When ordering two or more products and services can be delivered in two or more deliveries. Split supply no additional cost to the client, see 2.1. 

6. Withdrawal
6.1 The notification must be made via email or by mail@pornhotel.dk. letter to Caposs Aps, Flensborgvej 9C, 6340 Kruså.
6.2 Information should include the following: a) order number b) invoice number and c) the trade name of the products you want to return. 

7. Complaints
7.1 If a customer has not received a proper product or a service delivered/non functional codes, the customer as soon as possible via e-mail must inform this to Pornhotel.dk and indicate the error.

8. Other
8.1 After the customer has placed an order, pornhotel.dk have no right to change the terms of the warrant.
8.2 Information on reservations and other information is via e-mail to mail@pornhotel.dk
8.3 If the customer complaints, these can be placed via email or by mail@pornhotel.dk. letter to Caposs Aps, Flensborgvej 9C, 6340 Kruså which personal contact may also occur.

Accepted orders are binding on the buyer. If buyer refuses to purchase the service we will see it as an annulment of the purchaser, which entitles us to claim our full damage as a result of the annulment replaced.

If delay occurs we inform the buyer as soon as possible. Is significant delay, the buyer can terminate the agreement. Notice thereof shall forthwith be given in writing to us, otherwise we may require the delivery implemented regardless of the delay volume.

Delivery is considered done when the product / service is dispatched from our place. Once delivery has been completed the risk of product / service provision thereupon pass to the buyer. We arrange shipment implemented, as it paid for by us.

 Payment Terms:
Creditcardpayment and over rated mobilephone of payment. All payment has to be payed in advance.
